AKC Government Relations (GR) is constantly seeking new ways to improve our outreach and resources for dog owners impacted by potential changes in public policy. To broaden access to our legislative alerts, we have embedded an RSS Feed on the AKC GR Legislative Alerts page. RSS Feeds, short for Really Simple Syndication, are a way to subscribe to a source of information, such as a web page, and get updates delivered to your inbox when new information has been added to that specific web page. We hope this will improve access to important legislative alert and updates.
You can sign up here to receive AKC Legislative Alerts in your email. Signing up on the email subscription form is a timely and focused means of receiving real time new information concerning canine legislation for individuals who are currently not receiving our geographically-targeted alerts. Please note that by signing up for this feed, you will begin to receive alerts on issues from around the country, in addition to those you may already receive that impact your geographic area.
AKC GR continues to improve ways to provide you with information and resources about dog laws and policy that may impact you. We are also currently seeking contact information from AKC Club Newsletter Editors, Web and/or Social Media Editors who are interested in receiving AKC GR information to place in their newsletters, communications and public outreach.
