Our goal is to provide a valuable supplemental online educational tool for all breeds recognized by the American Kennel Club. Judges and breed enthusiasts will be able to access these courses anytime, anywhere! The American Kennel Club commits to a collaborative relationship with the Parent Club of each breed to ensure that an accurate and premium experience is delivered to learners.

AKC Eddy Award

Good dogs come from good breeders. Good breeders strive to improve their breeds while considering canine health, temperament, training and promoting responsible dog ownership. Part art, part science, and total devotion, breeding is exciting and challenging. Breeder education is key.
The American Kennel Club will be honoring Parent Clubs which provide outstanding breeder education materials to its members and to new breeders of its breed with the AKC Eddy Award.
