Refund requests must be submitted in writing to akccaninecollege@akc.org. Refunds must be requested within a week from the date the item was purchased. Courses and exams that are listed on AKC Canine College as non-refundable are not eligible for a refund. Users who have spent more than 15 minutes in the course, program, or exam will not be refunded. If you do not meet these criteria, but would like to verify if a refund can be processed, contact akccaninecollege@akc.org.
