On July 9th, one hundred dogs and their handlers converged on Columbus, Ohio, at the beautiful Historic Crew Stadium for the invitation-only AKC Agility Premier Cup, presented by The Farmer’s Dog and YuMOVE. This all-star competition brings teams together from all over the country who have had a remarkable achievement or achievements in the year leading up to the event, and this year’s participants did not disappoint. Fast and fun courses by judge Daniel McDonald provided a full day of adrenaline, and in the end, five Winners took their well-deserved victory lap:
8-inch Winner – Jesse Westover and Finn (Papillon)
12-inch Winner – Abigail Beasley and Swindle (Sheltie)
16-inch Winner – Jennifer Crank and Luck (Sheltie)
20-inch Winner – Jessica Ajoux and Hallelujah (Border Collie)
24-inch Winner – Perry DeWitt and Wit (Border Collie)
