Spanning five days, the Rose City Classic in Portland, Oregon, is one of the largest and most popular dog shows in the United States. More than 185 individual breeds will be represented from January 16 -20, starting with specialty shows on Wednesday and followed by four days of all-breed shows. On top of conformation, performance and companion events such as agility, obedience, Rally, Canine Good Citizen, and Trick Dog will be featured.

Schedule of Events
On Thursday, group judging will start at 6 p.m. EST / 3 PST, and will be in the following order: Working, Non-Sporting, Sporting, Terrier, Toy, Herding, and Hound. Best in Show will follow group judging.
On Friday, group judging will start at 6:15 p.m. EST / 3:15 PST, and will be in the following order: Toy, Non-Sporting, Terrier, Hound, Working, Sporting, and Herding. Best in Show will follow group judging.
On Saturday, group judging will start at 6:15 p.m. EST / 3:15 PST, and will be in the following order: Non-Sporting, Sporting, Working, Hound, Toy, Terrier, and Herding. Best in Show will follow group judging.
On Sunday, group judging will start at 6:30 p.m. EST / 3:30 PST, and will be in the following order: Toy, Herding, Working, Terrier, Non-Sporting, Hound, and Sporting. Best in Show will follow group judging.

The Portland Metropolitan Exposition Center (Expo) opens to the public at 7:30 a.m. each day, but official show hours are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Individuals can purchase day passes for $10 or two-day passes for $15. All dogs must be registered in the show to enter the facility. Families can purchase day passes for up to five people for $20 or two-day passes for $30. Seniors 62 and up can attend on Thursday and Friday for free or on Saturday and Sunday for $5.
