In honor of All American Pet Photo Day on July 11, we asked AKC readers to submit pictures of their dogs with non-canine pets — and what we received was an abundance of cuteness!

Though most of the submissions included furry friends of the feline variety, we also got images featuring a hedgehog, a guinea pig, a turtle, and even a couple of llamas. Scroll through the slideshow above to see a handful of pet pics that caught our attention.
