Age: 6-1/2 years

Gender: Female

Jump Height: 12 inches

Junior Handler: Kate Gallagher

Hometown: Fargo, ND

June and Kate started agility training shortly after June was adopted from a shelter in 2012. Since then they have competed in about six agility trials a year and are working on the Double Q’s for a Master Agility Championship (MACH). This will be their third time participating in the AKC Junior Agility Competition.

“Agility is a great way to work with a partner toward a goal, experience new places, and meet new people. All dogs (and humans) can be trained to do agility. It just takes patience and a good coach, like Lois Eid at the Fargo-Moorhead Kennel Club!” said Kate.

“In addition to agility, I also compete for my school’s cross country and track teams and play flute in the band. I am a junior at Shanley High School in Fargo. Go Deacons!”
