This is part of a series of profiles on the All American Dogs entered in the 2019 AKC Obedience Classic. Joker is a rescue dog who was adopted from the Mississippi Animal Rescue League. “It was quite challenging to keep him from escaping,” Shannon said. “He even tried to escape through the fireplace.” Joker is a cancer survivor who is now competing in barn hunts, which is “right up his alley,” said Shannon.
