Val says of Shani: “7-year-old Shani is going to the AKC Classic to compete in Utility! She is my first obedience dog, and her eagerness to engage with me makes my part of learning new activities so much easier. She earned her CDX several years ago. I thought we were going to end her obedience career with that but later decided to try Utility because she is so willing and quick to learn new skills. She is also a very fun partner in agility where she has earned MACH3. We started a new journey in rally this year, and she is doing great. Shani is an active girl; she is very affectionate but also very ready for any adventure and up for any challenge.”
