Cleo overcame a serious medical condition as a puppy and has gone on to earn the top AKC Rally title of Rally Advanced Excellent (RAE) and also AKC Obedience titles. Meet Cleo The Miracle Dog CD BN RAE CGCA, owned, handled and trained by Rose Ann Reggiano of Sandy Hook, CT

Cleo is a 10-year-old mixed-breed dog, whom Rose Ann adopted at 8 weeks of age. She was named Cleo the miracle dog after she survived surgery at a year old for intussusception, an intestinal disorder.

“Cleo has always been just a bundle of joy.  Cleo loves everyone she meets and is a friend to all,” Rose Ann said.

Cleo began formal training when she was 4 years old. “I was so excited when AKC created Canine Partners for our wonderful All-American dogs. Whenever she is performing in the ring, her tail is constantly wagging.”

Cleo earned the RAE title on July 5, 2014, at the Holyoke Kennel Club trial. Since then, she also has added the AKC Canine Good Citizen-Advanced title to her achievements.
