“A lack of trained developers, inadequate development, poor environmental facilities make it difficult to meet mandatory early learning tasks.”
“Without the necessary skills provided for learning, pups face greater barriers to meet the employment profiles in later developmental stages. They are more likely to fail challenges placed on them and less likely to meet those outcomes necessary to meet Government employment profiles – threatening the success rates of Breeding programs.”
