AKC Form Status/Processing Menu

Welcome to the AKC's Online Form Status & Processing service. You can check the status of your AKC registration applications by clicking on one of the links below. If you have received a Customer Reply Form with a PIN, click on the Transaction Number link and follow the instructions to complete your application.

	Transaction Number Use this option to search using the transaction number provided on your AKC Customer Reply Form		Litter Application Use this option to search for a Litter Application by using the Dam's AKC number and Certificate Issue Date

	Dog Registration Use this option to search for a Dog Registration Application by using the individual Dog Registration number		Certificate Transfer Use this option to search for a Certificate Transfer using the dogs AKC Registration number
