TSA/ACS Hunt test
We ask you to take your puppy through this test at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months and send us the video. Several downloadable resources are shown below and more information is available in the Blog section of this website.

Trip 3 Month Test

Task 9 Month Test
CR=5 Immediate pursuit and possession
HG=5 Immediate pursuit and possession
H1=4 One step in to get him closer to odor source
H2=3 Two steps in and using the leash to get him closer to odor source
PP=3 His possession seems to come and go
IP=4 He only dropped the towel once during testing MP=3 He watched the person hiding the towel about half the time
ACT=5 No indications of fatigue
Task 12 Month Test
When we make these videos, we use multiple cameras and angles to make a more educational video. Videos for submission need to be continuous and without edits to be accepted. Task did well, but I expected better searches. His post 12 month training is going to be about raising the value of the reward object in order to help him focus on the search.
