The Bayou Dachshund Club of New Orleans held a Dachshund Field Trial on Saturday, January 5, 2008 in Prentiss, Mississippi.
The Bayou Dachshund Club of New Orleans is celebrating 10 years of field trials. After awards on Saturday, the club held a field trial parade. Participants decorated their “floats,” dogs and themselves in a Mardi Gras theme. Two special judges were on hand to judge the field trial parade – Doug Ljungren (AKC Director of Performance Events) and Mel Stewart (AKC Executive Field Director),
