In 2026, the topic selected is “Road Preparedness—Basic Vehicle and Dog-transport Needs”. This topic will discuss how to prepare handlers, with a basic understanding of vehicle needs and problems on the road, how to deal with on-the-road vehicle emergencies, and basic transportation must-have for dogs. Attending this seminar will fulfill the AKC RHP ongoing education requirement for 2026 for all RHP members.
