After nearly two full days of competition between more than 100 dogs, one Golden Retriever came out on top: Baker. Registered name OTCH12 High Times Shake ‘N Bake UDX8 OGM SH earned a score of 517/520 and was handled by owner Kori Bevis of Cannon Falls, Minnesota.
On Saturday, July 9, each dog competed in eight rings throughout the day. At the end of the day, the top 50 dogs were announced to move on to Sunday’s competition.
On Sunday, July 10, the top 50 dogs competed in eight rings and the top 20 moved on to the afternoon. By Sunday afternoon, the top 20 dogs competed in four rings, and the top 10 dogs were awarded.
In total, the top 20 dogs competed 20 times over the course of two days.

Fourth Place: OTCH3 Quantum’s She’s Red Hot UDX3 OM5, a Labrador Retriever known as “Zayna,” handled by Petra Ford of Washington, New Jersey.
Fifth Place: OTCH3 Tanbark’s We’Re Good To Go UDX3 OM5 JH, a Golden Retriever known as “Scout,” handled by Theodore Stirm of Livermore, California.
Sixth Place: OTCH Blue Skies At Dejavu OM1, an Australian Shepherd known as “Willie,” handled by Kathleen Keller of Flemington, New Jersey.
Seventh Place: OTCH9 Sunshine The Beat Goes On UDX10 OGM, a Golden Retriever known as “Dancer,” handled by Sandy Flaaten of Sussex, Wisconsin.
