New York, NY – Calling all dog and cat lovers, the American Kennel Club (AKC®) has launched the official AKC Meet the Breeds® event blog, giving readers the opportunity to get involved with the event by commenting, asking questions, and following all things AKC Meet the Breeds. Tickets for the event are on sale now at www.MeetTheBreeds.com.
“The AKC is excited to launch a forum where people can get a sneak peak of AKC Meet the Breeds,” said AKC Meet the Breeds Spokesperson Gina DiNardo. “Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about some of the breeds they'll meet at the event and watch some of the demos they'll see, like cats and dogs racing against the clock in agility competitions.”

Be introduced to dogs and cats that will be a part of the event with lighthearted “Meet Me” profiles in which owners answer fun questions from their pet's point of view – meet Stormy the Golden Retriever and Sirius the Giant Schnauzer.
