The American Kennel Club (AKC®) is pleased to announce that the Dog Writers Association of America (DWAA) has honored the AKC publications with a total of 15 awards. AKC Family Dog magazine won a total of eight awards.
AKC’s podcast series “Down & Back: Stories from the AKC Archives” by Melissa Olund & Bud Boccone won an award in the Podcast category, while the AKC Gazette won “Best Single, Related or All-Breed Magazine.”
“We are honored that the DWAA has recognized AKC’s continuous hard work in creating quality content that the public can enjoy,” said AKC Executive Secretary Gina DiNardo. “We are extremely proud of our staff for their consistent dedication to producing educational and entertaining publications. Congratulations to all on a job well done!”
The DWAA awards recognize excellence in print, digital, and web-based media.
