After being separated for nine months, Emmitt Thunderpaws, the Great Dane, was reunited with his soldier. At first, it seemed like his other owner was simply letting him outside, but Emmitt almost immediately smelled his soldier’s scent and hightailed it outside so that he could greet him. According to the video’s description, Emmitt’s owners have taught him not to jump on people, but as soon as he sees his soldier, he’s up and making full eye contact with him. A heartwarming reunion if there ever was one.
