Summer days are drifting away—so why not get out and enjoy a treat with your pooch by your side?

These five chain restaurants offer menu items just for dogs, from a canine cappuccino, to a pet-friendly patty, to a pupcake for dessert. All you have to do is ask.

(Note: Some of these items contain dairy or other ingredients that may cause a bellyache in dogs with sensitive stomachs. Also, eating fatty or sugary foods in excess can cause weight gain and other medical problems. As with everything, moderation is key.)

Starbucks

Ask your barista for a Puppucchino (it wouldn’t be Starbucks without a ridiculously long and hard-to-pronounce name), and you’ll get a little espresso cup filled with whipped cream.

Shake Shack

This burger-and-milkshake joint was born in New York City’s Madison Square Park and honors its roots by offering a menu for four-legged patrons. Pick up a Pooch-ini, which includes dog biscuits, peanut butter sauce, and vanilla custard. The company advises owners to let little dogs only have a lick or two. Or pick up a Bag O’ Bones, which are biscuits made by NYC’s Bocce Bakery. (The dog menu is not available at airports, ballparks, stadiums, or international locations.)

Dairy Queen

Head over to the home of the Blizzard, where dogs can indulge in a Pup Cup, a small cup of vanilla soft serve ice cream topped with a dog biscuit. (Again, be careful about all that dairy, folks. A taste should suffice.)

In-N-Out

At the popular West Coast burger spot, dog owners can order a Puppy Patty, an unseasoned, unsalted hamburger without the cheese or bread. This treat wouldn’t be recommended for any dog who has tummy issues or is prone to pancreatitis, and as usual, we wouldn’t recommend giving fries to your dog.

Are we always the last to know?!?!?!At In-n-Out, you can order your dog a “pup patty,” a plain hamburger patty without the salt, put in its very own doggy bag for your furry best friend.

Sprinkles

This Beverly Hills bakery is arguably solely responsible for the recent cupcake craze. In addition to expanding their business to have bakery locations around the country, Sprinkles also features cupcake ATMs in several cities, which basically function as vending machines serving cupcakes—and, yes, PUPcakes. These dog-friendly treats have no sugar and are coated with a yogurt frosting.
