“Happy-go-lucky” couldn't be a more accurate description of the Coton de Tulear. If it's hard to tell by his desire to please his companions or his polite social skills (i.e. licking), it shouldn't be once you see the smile glued to his face. He's knowledgable, charming, and satisfied whenever he's with you. Don't believe it? See 13 times the Coton de Tulear had stars in his eyes:
