Privacy is very important to us, particularly the privacy of children under 16 (“Child” or “Children”) who may use the AKC Math Agility app (the “App”) offered by The American Kennel Club, Inc. (“AKC,” “us,” “we” or “our”).  This Privacy Statement describes the data privacy practices of the App.  This Privacy Statement does not govern the collection of personal information through any other AKC website or mobile app.

The App Does NOT:

Collect (or share) personal information, including personal information from children;

Collect identifiers from the user’s device, such as IP address, device ID, or location data;

Have third-party advertisements;

Offer any in-app purchases.

The App Does:

Store App usage information, such as user created profiles, levels completed, time for completion, and error rate, in a user’s local device.

To delete your personal information, please delete the App from your device.

By using the App, you explicitly accept, without limitation or qualification, our practices surrounding the collection, use, and sharing of personal information provided by you in the manner described in this Privacy Statement.  If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Statement, please do not access, browse, or use the App.
