Update: CT Prohibition on Local Breed-Specific Laws Advances - Contact the House!

Connecticut House Bill 6311, which would prohibit municipalities from adopting breed-specific dangerous dog laws, has been approved by the Joint Committee on Planning and Development. It has now been placed on a House calendar and is expected to be scheduled for a vote in the near future.

The AKC supports this measure and encourages Connecticut residents to contact your State Representative in support of House Bill 6311.
