The American Kennel Club is pleased to announce the 2017 AKC European Open Junior USA team. These 23 junior agility handlers were selected from around the country and will represent the USA in Luxemborg July 14-16th.
Led by head Coach Susan Cochran and Assistant Coach Kaitlyn Dreese, the team is comprised of members spanning over 14 states and will feature eight different dog breeds. Juniors were selected after submitting video and competition information.
“We are very proud of this group of junior handlers,” says Carrie DeYoung, Director of Agility. “They represent the future of our sport and we are excited to see them representing the USA in Luxemborg this summer.”
