Senator Rick Santorum Visits the American Kennel Club

 

On March 13, 2006, Senator Rick Santorum (R-PA) visited the American Kennel Club's headquarters in New York City. The Senator enjoyed a tour of the executive offices, the AKC Library and the canine art collection followed by a brief reception. During the visit, the Senator spoke with AKC Chairman Ronald H. Menaker, President and CEO Dennis Sprung, several Directors and staff members about the new "discussion draft" of the pending "Pet Animal Welfare Statue of 2005" (PAWS).
