"My job as Assistant Coach is to help Nancy prepare the team for the rigors of international competition.  Nancy and Sharon have selected three very talented teams.  Some team members have never experienced this level competition before and its' my job to help them be as ready for it as they can be.   I will do whatever I can to help our team reach that peak at the right time."
