The American Kennel Club and the AKC Canine Health Foundation will be presenting a Canine Breeder's Symposium in Syracuse, New York on August 2nd and 3rd, 2008. The symposium is open to all breeders, experienced and novice, plus anyone with a true dedication to dogs. The program will include topics relevant to a modern and responsible approach to canine breeding and medicine. The symposium will offer dog breeders a forum to meet, learn and share ideas, concerns and expertise. The event will feature renowned speaker and breeder, Claudia Orlandi Ph. D. presenting her ABC's of Dog Breeding lecture, as well as speakers on Canine Reproduction, Infectious Disease, Vaccines, Dentistry, Cardiology, Opthalmology, Orthopedics and more.

This is a one and a half day program. The cost is $135. This course has been submitted (but not yet approved) for 7 hours of continuing educational credits.
