Clubs may now apply to hold optional mixed breed classes!
Clubs may now apply to hold optional mixed breed classes at events held on or after April 1, 2010. Trial applications have been updated to allow clubs to choose to hold mixed breed classes at stand-alone Agility, Obedience and Rally trials.
If you already applied for an event that will take place on or after April 1, 2010, your club may still add mixed breed classes by contacting the Event Operations Department at eventplans@akc.org or calling 919-816-3579.
The new AKC Canine Partners program offers clubs an opportunity to increase entries for events that do not typically fill and an opportunity to increase your membership.
