Junior Showmanship Scholarship Program

How to Apply

We are pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the American Kennel Club has agreed to continue the Junior Showmanship Scholarship Program for the academic year 2009-2010.

Please have the junior handler return the documents listed below on or before February 20, 2009, to be considered for the scholarship:

1. Completed and signed application

2. Official copy of your transcript

3. Essay. The essay is an opportunity for you to explore the influence that purebred dogs have had in your life to date and /or where it may lead you in the future.
