The Michigan House Appropriations Committee did not consider Senate Bill 339 during its hearing this morning.
The bill remains in committee, and its counterpart House Bill 4898 remains pending in the Senate. The AKC and the Michigan Association for Pure-Bred Dogs will continue to closely monitor and provide any updates. Read AKC’s previous alert for more information on these bills.
