AKC SUBMITS FEEDBACK TO USDA APHIS ON POTENTIAL ANIMAL WELFARE ACT LICENSING CHANGES

Today, in response to its request for public feedback on a number of issues related to potential updates to Animal Welfare Act licensing requirements, the American Kennel Club (AKC) formally submitted its comments to the United States Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service.
