Tenth Series - Water Quad

2006 National Amateur Retriever Champion
66. FC AFC Carbon Copy of Horn Creek
Breed: Labrador Retriever (male)
Owner: Frank Kashevarof

Number 1: Retired duck thrown left to right at 275 yards on the back side of a channel that snaked its way through the test. The correct line to the bird was through the channel three different times.

Number 2: Retired duck thrown in from left to right at 120 yards accross the channel into tall pasture grass.

Number 3: Flyer duck thrown right to left at 140 yards in pasture grass. Dogs navigated the channel and another piece of water to the bird.

Number 4: Pheasant flyer thrown right to left at 215 yards into grass pasture. Dogs on the correct line needed to be in the channel for some time, guns were then out of sight. They climbed the bank and retrieved the bird in pasture grass.

It was 100 degrees, but did not take away from the wonderful experience of watching the wonderful dogs and handlers in the National Amateur Tenth Series. Video Clips:
