Tenth Series Land/Water Quad

First mark of the test is the left center flyer, a hen pheasant at 190 yards thrown left to right. This is followed by the far right mark at 230 yards, a dead duck thrown right to left and the gun station retired. Third is the left center flyer, a cock pheasant thrown right to left. The last bird, a flyer duck at 80 yards, is on the near shore of the pond and thrown angle back from right to left.

Both test dogs handled. One on the right retired, the other on the left center flyer. Test takes 10-12 minutes per dog. Video Clips of the Finalists and the 2005 National Amateur Retriever Champion:

Ninth Series Land Quad

First mark of the test is the left center at 196 yards, thrown right to left. This is followed by the right center at 200 yards thrown left to right. Both marks are dead mallards with both gun stations retired. Third is the flyer, on the left side of the test, at 215 yards thrown right to left. Last comes a dead pheasant on the right at 50 yards, thrown right to left. Heavy cover in the field is producing many hunts and handles. Test takes approximately 5-6 minutes per dog.
