Eligibility Requirements
- Basset Hounds registered with the AKC, full or limited registration, are eligible to participate in AKC Basset Hound Field Trials.
- Basset Hounds recorded with the Purebred Alternative Listing Program/Indefinite Listing Privilege (PAL/ILP) or dogs with Conditional registration are not eligible to participate.
- Spayed and neutered dogs are ineligible to participate.
- Bitches in season are eligible to participate.
