AKC Approved CGC Evaluators (who also administer AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy and AKC Community Canine) include local trainers with dog training schools. In addition, the three levels of CGC are also offered by some 4-H leaders, therapy dog evaluators, and veterinarians.

If your trainer is not familiar with the program and would like to learn about the program, AKC can provide the trainer with assistance in becoming an evaluator.
