9/23/10 – 2010 AKC AGILITY INVITATIONAL SOUVENIRS
For the first time we are offering those that are unable to attend the event the option to order souvenirs and we will ship them directly to you. Please view the order form for more information, http://www.akc.org/pdfs/agility_invitational/2010/souvenirs.pdf. These orders will be shipped the week of December 6th, AFTER the AKC Agility Invitational.

All orders must be placed by Friday, October 8, 2010.

The first round of invitations were mailed today. Up to two rounds of invitations will be mailed to eligible dogs. The first round will invite dogs ranked 1-5 for their breed, with a deadline to enter the event by September 8, 2010. If the owners of any of those dogs decline the invitation, a second round of invitations will be mailed during the week of September 13th to the next dogs ranked within the breed, with a deadline to enter the event by October 6, 2010.

Example: if one dog from round one declines their invitation, dog #6 for that breed will be invited to attend. Second round invitations will be mailed on or before Sept. 13th and must be received by AKC by October 6th.

Owners of dogs ranked in the top five of their breed may enter their dog in the event beginning on Wednesday, August 4th using the AKC Online Entry Service. There is no fee charged for using this service for this event.
