My AKC and the Delegate Portal

View special Delegate information online by creating and authenticating a My AKC account.

Please follow the instructions for one of the two options below. You will need an access/PIN code provided by the AKC. If you do not have your access code, please contact Neil Singer.

 

I. I Do Not Have A My AKC Account

Follow the instructions below if you have not created your My AKC account and need to associate your role as a Delegate.

You will need a web browser to create an account.

  • Click on a social media button to link your social media account to your new My AKC account or enter the requested information to link your email address to your new My AKC account.

  • Click the Create Account button, which creates the account and then logs you into the account.
  • Click the Account Management link under My Account in the My AKC drop-down menu. The link will connect you to the Account Management page.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Add your AKC Delegate Role to your account by entering the Access Code sent to you by AKC.

  • Click in the Access Code text box, enter your Access Code.
  • Read the terms of use, click the checkbox and then click Continue.

 

  • When the screen refreshes you will see a Delegate Portal link under My Clubs in the left hand pane of the window.  Click on the Delegate Portal link to access special Delegate information.


 

 


 

 

II. I Already Have A My AKC Account

Follow the instructions below if you have a My AKC account but you have not associated your role as a Delegate to your account.

  • Sign in to your My AKC account from the AKC homepage by clicking the link in the upper right corner of the browser window.
  • Enter your My AKC User Name or the email addresses associated with your account in the box labeled Email.
  • Enter your Password and click the Log In button. The Sign In link will change to My AKC to indicate you are logged in.
  • Click the Account Management link under My Account in the My AKC drop-down menu. The link will connect you to the Account Management page.

 

 

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Add your AKC Delegate Role to your account by entering the Access Code sent to you by AKC link under the Add Relationships section.

  • Click in the Access Code text box, enter your Access Code.
  • Read the terms of use, click the checkbox and then click Continue.

 

  • When the screen refreshes you will see a Delegate Portal link under My Clubs in the left hand pane of the window.  Click on the Delegate Portal link to access special Delegate information.
