• Special Attractions – Standing approval has been granted for those Special Attractions that appear on the second page of the Special Attraction Application. If your club is holding one of these Special Attractions with standing approval, no application or additional approval is required from the AKC.  This includes the most popular Special Attractions like Best Puppy, Best Veteran, and Best Bred-By Exhibitor.  

• Checklist for Conformation/Obedience Applications: This document can be very helpful for clubs planning their events.  Based on customer feedback, we recently updated the checklist with separate requirements for each type of event, including the different types of specialty shows (independent, concurrent, designated, and evening).
