The New Titles of Record report is a free monthly subscription-based report that is available to all Parent Clubs. It lists all titles earned by a breed in a given month and is e-mailed free to a club designated recipient on a monthly basis. Additional recipients can be added for a fee of $180.00 ($15.00 per month).
The form below is intended to provide assistance to those clubs who wish to:
- Start subscription to New Titles of Record
- Terminate subscription to New Titles of Record
- Change designated recipient of New Titles of Record
