Club Membership Lists

It is important that the AKC have up to date membership lists for your club. Please use the spreadsheet found here (Excel® file) to submit an electronic copy of your club's membership list to the AKC. It is not necessary to use this template if your club membership list already exists in a similar spreadsheet form. After you have filled in the spreadsheet, please email it to: clubmemberlists@akc.org

Instructions:

1. Click the above link for the Club Membership List spreadsheet.
2. When prompted to "Open" or "Save," click on Save.
3. Save the spreadsheet to your desktop or other writable location.
4. Go to the file and open it with Microsoft^® Excel^®.
5. Enter your club's data and save the file.
6. Create a new email message and attach this spreadsheet file.
7. In the "To" or "Recipients" address field, type "clubmemberlists@akc.org" and click "Send."
