- From the November 2010 Board Meeting – The Dogo Argentino Club of America will serve as the AKC Parent Club to represent the Dogo Argentino.
- From the May 2010 Board Meeting – The Dogo Argentino will be eligible to compete in the Miscellaneous Class, effective January 1, 2011.
- From the May 2007 Board Meeting - The Dogo Argentino will be eligible to compete in Companion Events effective January 1, 2008.
